We have had long-standing collaborations with Deep Wood and Görtz. During this partnership, we searched for various suitable purchase targets in the e-commerce sector.

Working closely with our client, we identified potential targets, conducted thorough evaluations, and negotiated with the respective shareholders of the acquisition targets. Additionally, we were responsible for a portion of the due diligence (DD) process and contributed to managing the overall acquisition process.

The acquisition was successfully completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
